This powerful daughter of Hoff Banker really caught the eye during a visit to Jindra Angus, Nebraska in 2012. The family is delighted to be working with Nick Jindra, of Jindra Angus. He has a very progressive breeding program and his highest profile bull to date, Jindra Double Vision, has been sampled in a number of programs in the US and is proving himself time and again
While in Canada in 2012, we visited the BJ Cattle Company. On seeing a great show of calves my son James arranged for two contract matings, one to REATA She's All That 7M. The other Spring View Miss BJ 8R, both by RAF Wide World 920. A son of whom is pictured here.

Hoff Bull was purchased by us at the Hoff Scotch Cap dispersal in 2006. Along with Hoff Ebony, her progeny have become the backbone of the Balaldie herd. She is seen here pictured at 20mths. Following her prolific production record and the fact that she had grown into a powerhouse of a cow, Bova-gen Ltd purchased a share in Hoff Bull. Embryo's sold at the "Best of the Blacks" sale in 2008 met a keen demand. A son resulting from this parcel of embryo's went on to serve as a stock bull at Rawburn.
This very young and powerful cow had already made it into Doug Hoff's embryo transfer program, prior to his dispersal sale. Of the 11 batches of embryo’s sold in October 2006 hers made the top price. She stems from a family which has produced an almost endless list of stock and AI bulls which includes Hoff Great Western, a half share of whom sold for $200,000.
Her first ET calf born in the UK, Balaldie Excalibur, a son of TC Stockman 365, served as stock bull at Fordel.
His full sister will be flushed this summer. He is pictured here at 27mths
Purchased from Robert Groom, this Hoff Rowdy daughter now has 3 daughters in production at Balaldie by Boyd New Day. Her son, by Hoff Investor, was Junior Champion at the New York State Fair. A proud day for us.
We have also purchased embryo's from the following cows:
